Aztec Serpent and Sun Mural
I was awarded the 2019 Individual Artists Program Grant from the City of Chicago. I was happy to be awarded and I knew my vision and plan regarding how I was going to spend the award.
My idea was to paint a huge Aztec style serpent and a Aztec style sun. What I had envisioned was for the community, public, people of all ages using spray paint to help and assist filling in, as well painting the huge symbols to the Aztecs.
