Wabash Arts Corridor/Aztec Serpent

Chalk painting can hurt the body, well it hurt my body. I was honored to chalk paint a huge Aztec Serpent on the sidewalk on Wabash Ave between Balbo and Harrison streets. I painted the serpent to coincide with the WAC crawl on September 18th. This Columbia College sponsored event is new and the goal is to continue to add art, events, exhibits and shows by many artists up and down the South Loop area.

My body hurts because I was on my hands and knees painting this enormous serpent...ouch!
